Known as America's Emerald Isle, Beaver Island is one of Lake Michigan's gems! Time slows down on this 56-square-mile island andit's filled with incredible ecological diversity for you to explore!
Take your pick of aferry or hop on a plane ride and take some time to enjoy the town, shops, restaurants, accommodations, and rich nature- Beaver Island is one place that should be on every Michigander'slist to visit!
Why is the islandknown as America's Emerald Isle?
Beaver Island is home to about 600 year-round residents andmany of them haveIrish immigrant ancestors that made it a bustling 19th-century fishing port. As the Irish immigrants wrote back to their families, the islandwas often referred to as America's Emerald Island.
Still to this day, the Irish heritage is frequentlycelebrated on the island.

Best logo. My husband will be wearing this proudly on and off the ramp this summer!
Not only were all the shirts great, but when one came in the wrong size customer service was great and got it corrected for me very quickly! Will definitely be ordering again!
I bought this t-shirt for my Dad and he absolutely loves it!! Great quality and the colors are bright/spot on for us UM peeps!
Great quality
Tragic event but memorable song in many ways. Bought shirt instantly. High quality as always
New favorite T-Shirts. Always on the search for a great T. Great fit, love how it fits close and tight around neck. Just ordered my second batch.
Love these hoodies, super soft and they wash well.
Great fit and love the softness
Apart from the fact that I'm still celebrating a National Championship for my Alma Mater, I love the shirt! It fits well - though I often wear a M, I got a L and it fits pretty well, so the sizing may run just a bit on the smaller side. It feels good and looks good; so much so that I ordered another shirt from Mitten Co to continue the celebration of the state of my birth while in exile here in Indiana! Go Blue!
