The first hoodie that was delivered was much darker than the pictures online and didn’t match the named color either. But customer service was excellent and they sent me a replacement hoodie right away. The replacement matched the pictures in color and is exactly what I ordered and is amazingly soft. I currently own about 10 Mitten State hoodies and they are definitely my favorite compared to any others I’ve owned
