Horrible customer service

Trying to make an exchange because the company screwed up and sent the wrong size. Instead of responding to my return they asked for a review.

My review is that this company's customer service and response time is trash. Don't waste your money because when they mess up your order their not gonna make any attempts to fix it. Ridiculous
