Exceptional Customer Service

I have been buying The Mitten State t-shirts for years. They are soft and unique. On my last order, I noticed some stitching coming undone on my Grand Rapids shirt due to a manufacturing error. I took some photos and forwarded them to customer service. They said to keep the shirt and they would send me a new one immediately. No hassle. That type of service will keep me as a loyal customer.
