I am still waiting on a T-shirt that I purchased 18 days ago that is apparently lost. Takes customer service forever to reply to emails, and I have zero faith at this point that I will receive the T-shirt I purchased as a gift for Father’s Day. I feel at this point my only recourse is to file a claim with my credit card and BBB. I should have read the reviews before I purchased from this company, that’s on me because the customer service reviews are pretty abysmal. I would not recommend doing business with this company.
