WE CALL IT POP NOT SODA
June 27, 2011
Order a soda in Michigan, and you're most likely considered an outsider. Do the same in New York, and no one will flinch. According to Bert Vaux, a linguistics professor at Harvard University, "many Americans are overly passionate about how they refer to the popular beverage family". It may not make sense, it may not be logical, but we don't care. It's called pop. Not soda.
We weren't planning on releasing these babies just yet, but a preview on our TMS Facebook page changed our mind. So, here they are: Men's It's Pop Not Soda vintage t-shirt and Women's It's Pop Not Soda vintage t-shirt. Enjoy. :)
